Council Information
The Father John Cosmic Council was founded December 6th, 1897 and works closely with the parishes in Carthage, Copenhagen and Fort Drum, providing funds for various projects, where members are active participants in their parish. Council Meetings Monthly meetings take place in the St. James Community Room from September through June at 7:00PM on the first Thursday of each month.
