The 13th Annual Family Rosary Crusade is planned for Friday May 15th, 2015 at Saint James church. The event will begin with 5:15 mass and Exposition at 6:00 PM and then the praying of the Rosary (3 complete Rosaries each hour) for the next 7 hours. The event will conclude at 1:00 AM with Benediction. We have been joined by many local parishes including several people from Lowville, Watertown and Croghan but also we've been blessed with folks as far away as Ogdensburg, Clayton, and Potsdam. We've even had a few participate from outside our diocese coming to us as far away as Albany. The prayer warriors do not stop there, however. Since we've begun this annual event several monasteries throughout the U.S. and even from different parts of the world including Japan and Australia have joined us. Many sisters in Christ have agreed each year to join us in spirit to pray the Rosary as we pray here at St. James.

Each year, Mr. Robert Renaud paints a different image
to help others focus on an overall theme. 2014's image is entitled: Star of the Sea ~ Patiently Waiting. |
